But I should not pass up the chance to greet this marooned mariner who bears his ship’s name, (MRMP CEBU) once more, and compliment him for being a GRO himself, a Grotesque Raving Oaf, and who takes every opportunity to ingratiate himself with Filipinos.

THE VILLAGE which is just right a stone’s throw away from waterfront hotel is the best party place in cebu city. they have great bars there, some with live bands and great music. after which, you could go to waterfront casino for a shot at the slot machine.
the ayala entertainment center is also a nice place to be
