What Is The Age Limit For Clubbing In Mexico?

is there a difference in the age limit from the tourist city nightclubs to the smaller city nightclubs? how strict is the age limit? I went to rosarito and took my 17 year old cousin clubbing but they would not let her in….then just about 2 weeks ago we went to jalisco, mx and they let her in easily!! why?? i know it souds kind of dumb but i’m curious!!

18 is the legal age for everything. Allowing an under-age in a night club or bar is illegal, although age restrictions are rarely enforced, specially in touristic areas. Under-age girls are more likely to be admitted in a night club than boys.

I think it’s 18 but sometimes the bars just plain don’t care. Do you know what you are risking?

High school students from around lower New Mexico just go down to Palomas and go to the bars/clubs and they allow all of them in no problem.
These high school students range from 15-18.

A silly question from what obviously is, a child. Why go to one of the most beautiful countries in the world and asking about something as foolish as clubbing? grow up.
