Ive been to beijing the last month and i was shocked by the number of clubs / nightclubs / danceclubs that were there!
they were everywhere, i gotta say though that there not as good as the best european ones but they are quite of good quality, the best ones where arguably Mix and Vics, great clubs nice music and international crowd!
Just go to wherecaniclub.com i saw the best club listings and their address there!

Hi, I live in Beijing, the nightlife here varies with specific location. Beijing is divided into 4 inner city zones, 4 city zones and 9 outer zones. Apparently, the inner city zones are more lively, and there are some busy places like Houhai(???-the night view here is bueatiful!, the gost street-it is a bars street named from the busy nightlife. And there are quiet places too, and these places are in majority! Some people are out, some people are stay at home, later more.

There are many different areas where you can find clubs, or nightlife (bars, etc). If you want to mingle with university students head out to Haidian district (North west part of the city near by Qinghua Univ. Beida, etc), the area around Wudaokou is one of the possible places in Haidian. Then in the Central Business district (CBD) there are plenty of places as well – e.g. Sanlitun area, or near the Workers Stadium…. Plenty of clubs further downtown near by China World / Guomao and near by the Kerry Center
Cost is also all over the place. You can easily pay as much as in the US. Or much less — depends what you do and where you go…Enjoy the trip
