What Country Europe Has The Best Party/clubbing Scene? Also What Is The Best Language To Learn For Party Scene

Im a college student in America thinking about moving to Europe soon and am curious as to where you guys say would have the best party/clubbing scene and also maybe best place to live in? And what would be the best language to learn for these interests?

    i’d have to say france (PARIS!!!) or germany.
    also you may want to check out the scandinavian countries, they provide for a experience not of the “typical”. these countries are “happening” in the alternative scene so if you are looking for something not in the norm but still a good time look into it.
    in most of western european countries people speak multiple languages and english is very often one of them.

    London, Germany, and the Czech Republic, ( or anywhere in Eastern Europe), are all good party scenes.
    Germany and the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) are nice places to live in, especially if English is all you know.
    German would be a language you might want to learn.
