A girl i met online asked me if i want to go clubbing with her friends. I need to go to work tomorrow morning, and it’s 11:40pm at where i am living now.

It kindof depends what you want to get out of it. If you think she might be a good match for you and you want her to think you are mature, then tell her you would love to this weekend, but not tonight because you have to work. If you just want to have some fun with her, then go, by all means, and I hope you have a blast!

I would say no, if you tell her that you have to go to work the next day, she should understand that and you could make it for another day that you have off.
