so ur just drinking no main meals? that’s generally a good start, there are a few options you have…
1st… could all ways ask guests to “bring a plate” this would provide for most with out eating into a budget…
another option is to make small finger foods, these can be easy to make, or if ur budget allows you can buy pre-frozen meals. and its not hard to make simple finger foods look snazzy

if your gonna stick with nachos and buffalo winds try accessing a website allrecipes.com (if you cant find it try googling it) it has 1000’s !!!!! of great recipes and variations of each one, so you’ll be able to find one you’ll like and maybe a few others.

i would offer some of the recipes i used to have but they were stole for some reason…(a thief who steals cook books???)

if you are on a budget and plan to have party chicken wings are expensive to make for a crowd unless the store that you shop has a good sale on them ,just make a little bit of them and opt for something else , if you have time and patience you could make chicken in a different way or perhaps a bucket of fried chicken . Or make Swedish meat balls I have seen them already made in the frozen section at the Super market, Nachos are okay here is a recipe

Chili, chicken wings, fried chicken…

And this is a delicious chicken nachos;

2 cloves garlic, crushed
6 green onions, sliced, white parts and tops separated
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 shredded, cooked, whole chicken breast
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup salsa
1/2 (12 ounce) package tortilla chips
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese blend
1/2 large tomato, diced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a 12 inch skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the garlic and white parts of the green onions in canola oil until tender. Mix in shredded chicken, salt and pepper. Toss until well coated with oil. Stir in the salsa.
Arrange tortilla chips on a large baking sheet. Spoon the chicken mixture over tortilla chips. Top with Cheddar/Monterey Jack cheese blend and tomato. Bake in the preheated oven 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onion tops before serving.
Serves 6.
